Paul

Paul is our warehouse coordinator and has worked with SERVPRO of Tracy for 6 years. He handles all equipment maintenance and warehouse inventory. He helps our technicians with whatever they need on the jobsite.

He is ECTP certified. 

Kelly

Kelly is our office assistant. She handles a variety of tasks that helps make the office run. Whether its going out on a jobsite,  assisting the marketing department with drop offs or general labor work, she helps a little bit everywhere. 

Her personal initiative is to understand and be able to use the xactimate platform. 

She likes working at SERVPRO because its an industry where she can help people in need. 

She is ECTP certified.  

Melissa

Melissa is our Office Manager. She has over 9 years of experience in the restoration industry and is a pro at Xactimate and estimating. 

She handles all of our office day to day administrative tasks and is also able to get out on the jobsite and do restoration work alongside our techs.

She is a strong addition to our team and has helped tremendously with the paperwork side of things  and diligently keeps in contact with agents and adjusters.  

She loves working at SERVPRO because its a family environment and she gets to help people in emergency disaster situations. 

She is ECTP certified and looking forward to her WRT certification in April. 

A.R.

A.R. is our Sales and Marketing Manager and Emergency Preparation Coordinator. She has 2 years of experience in the restoration industry working in all aspects of the business from office to production. 

Her core experience is in luxury branding and public relations. She holds Bachelor degrees in Anthropology and Political Science as well as a post-baccalaureate degree in Luxury Design and Management from top tier universities in California and New York, respectively.  She plays a creative director role in addition to her daily duties.

Her goal is to create a first class team of sales and marketing representatives that have a solid industry knowledge and are natural leaders that want to put emergency ready plans in place for our community members. 

She likes working at SERVPRO because of the 24/7 emergency response component of the company.

She is ECTP certified and is looking forward to her WRT certification in April.
